Living in the stressful world of parents on the go, demanding schedules, video games, academic pressures, malls, and competetive sports, children experience an increasing amount of stress in what used to be a fun-filled world.

Taking a yoga class especially designed for kids lets them take time for themselves to recognize the simple pleasures that their bodies, minds, and nature have to offer.  Like adults, kids have to realize that they need to step back from the ever-increasing amount of activities that demand their attention and reconnect with their inner self again. Most important, remember it is still OK to be a kid.
